Cancellation Policy
• $30 non-refundable DEPOSIT is required to book an appointment.
• CANCELLATIONS made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment / no-shows, will result in losing your deposit.
• There’s a 20% Cancellation Fee for any no-shows, or cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled appointment.
• LATE ARRIVAL FEES: 10 minutes = $10, 15 minutes = $15. After 15 minutes appointment is cancelled!
• PLEASE BE ADVISED I do not work over nails with any type of fungal infections, or anything that might look like it.
If you show up with fungus to your appointment, service will be denied, and you will lose your deposit.
• Appointments take an average of 2-4 hours. Please book accordingly.
• A reminder will be sent 48 hours before your appointment, via email (with location address), & via text message.
